Fear

every personal fear (not a fear for whatever might happen to another person) is deeply a fear to death ... or suffering which at the end of the day is the same; for example: if u fear spiders it's beacuse they might bite you, poison you and die; if u have Vertigo it's beacuse if u fall you'll die. But it would take a lot of time and mental effort to erase all of those fears even the ones deep inside you, facing each and every one of them; so just... Overcome death and they'll all be gone ... how?... think in the only one who has done it
